1. Kapsam
Bu koşullar NEXGPS uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Apple cihazlarında ayrıca Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir.
2. Ücretsiz özellikler ve Tam Sürüm yıllık üyeliği
Konum ve koordinat özellikleri ücretsizdir. Tam Sürüm (harita, çevrimdışı indirme, iz kaydı, takip, yol noktası, rota, ızgara ve ölçüm) otomatik yenilenen yıllık üyeliktir; ödeme Apple App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Üyelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla yenilenir. Üyeliği mağaza hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetir ve iptal edersiniz; iptal, içinde bulunulan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Hesabınızı silmek üyeliği iptal etmez. Üyelik size uygulamayı kişisel olarak kullanma lisansı verir; kaynak kodu, harita ve içerik üzerinde mülkiyet devri yapılmaz.
Üyeliği satın almak için giriş yapmanız gerekmez; giriş isteğe bağlıdır ve üyeliği Android dahil diğer cihazlarınızda kullanmanızı sağlar. Üyelik bir NEXGPS hesabına bağlanır (giriş yapmadıysanız rastgele üretilen bir hesaba) ve 30 günde en fazla 5 yeni cihazda açılabilir. Sınır aşılırsa üyeliğiniz silinmez; yeni cihaz, süre dolduğunda açılır. Aile Paylaşımı desteklenmez. İnternet bağlantısı yokken, doğrulanmış üyelik bitiş tarihinden sonra 7 gün daha açık kalır; ardından internetle doğrulama gerekir. Mağazanın iade ettiği ya da geri aldığı üyelik Tam Sürüm erişimini kapatır; iade talepleri mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.
3. Hesap
Hesabınızı uygulamada Hesap › Hesabımı sil ile istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Üyeliğiniz mağaza hesabınızda kalır (silme onu iptal etmez) ve yeni bir hesaba “Satın alımı geri yükle” ile bağlanabilir. Giriş yaptıysanız hesabınızın güvenliği, giriş yaptığınız Apple ya da Google hesabının güvenliğine bağlıdır.
4. Navigasyon uyarısı
NEXGPS bir yardımcı araçtır, tek başına bir güvenlik sistemi değildir. GPS doğruluğu uydu görünürlüğü, hava koşulları, bina ve arazi engellerine göre değişir. Uygulama ölçülen doğruluğu ekranda açıkça gösterir.
Hayati önem taşıyan durumlarda (dağcılık, denizcilik, havacılık, arama-kurtarma) tek başına elektronik bir cihaza güvenmeyin. Kâğıt harita, manyetik pusula ve uygun eğitim vazgeçilmezdir.
5. Harita verisi
Harita, rota ve yer araması Mapbox tarafından sağlanır; harita verisi © Mapbox ve © OpenStreetMap katkıcılarıdır. Harita ve rota verisi hatalı ya da güncel olmayabilir; NEXGPS bu verinin doğruluğunu garanti etmez.
6. Sorumluluk
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde BUSATER YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Bu sınırlama, tüketici mevzuatının verdiği zorunlu hakları ortadan kaldırmaz.
7. Gizlilik
Hangi verilerin işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar değişirse yürürlük tarihi güncellenir ve önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde bildirilir.

1. Scope
These terms govern your use of NEXGPS. By using the app you accept them. On Apple devices, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
2. Free features and the Full Version annual subscription
The location and coordinate features are free. The Full Version (maps, offline downloads, track recording, following, waypoints, routes, grid and measurement) is an auto-renewing annual subscription paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It renews for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. The subscription grants a personal licence to use the app; no ownership of source code, maps or content is transferred.
You do not need to sign in to buy the subscription; signing in is optional and lets you use the subscription on your other devices, including Android. The subscription is linked to a NEXGPS account (a randomly generated one if you have not signed in) and can be opened on up to 5 new devices in 30 days. If the limit is reached, your subscription is not removed; the new device opens once the period has passed. Family Sharing is not supported. Without an internet connection, a verified subscription stays open for 7 days after its end date; after that it must be verified online. A subscription refunded or revoked by the store closes Full Version access; refund requests follow the store's rules.
3. Account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account › Delete account. Your subscription stays with your store account (deleting the account does not cancel it) and can be linked to a new account with Restore purchase. If you have signed in, the security of your account depends on the Apple or Google account you sign in with.
4. Navigation warning
NEXGPS is an aid, not a safety system on its own. GPS accuracy varies with satellite visibility, weather, buildings and terrain. The app shows the measured accuracy on screen.
In life-critical situations — mountaineering, marine, aviation, search and rescue — do not rely on a single electronic device. A paper map, a magnetic compass and proper training remain essential.
5. Map data
Maps, routing and place search are provided by Mapbox; map data © Mapbox and © OpenStreetMap contributors. Map and route data may be inaccurate or out of date; NEXGPS does not warrant its correctness.
6. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BUSATER YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
7. Privacy
What data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
If these terms change, the effective date is updated and material changes are announced in the app.
